I give thanks for an utterly splendid birthday...the prettiest and most profuse cards, kind messages, inspired gifts, interesting excursions, tea out in a favourite spot, cake with candles, two meals cooked for me (one at home last night, one out this evening)...all in all one of the best times ever!
Gratitude for the gorgeous weather...crocuses and daffodils blooming in in the flower bed down by the Co op and the buds breaking open on the mimosa tree outside...hot water in the tank and my bed waiting for a hot water bottle and me!
