Good morning! Lovely sunny day...am exhausted and in some pain but wondering if I could make it to the library by cab before they close. Maybe an ice cream or cuppa in the sun and another ride back up the hill? We'll see...still in bed at the mo and be a while before ready to face the world by which time the library could be closed and the town teeming with tourists.
Am sensitive to the scrutiny of strangers and their noise and bustle and feel less self conscious and conspicuous being part of a crowd with a companion. It's also usually more fun!
Just had a text to say the part of Abi's dissertation I 'helped' her with (just a bit of grammar and punctuation really) got a first! So that's my 'first' happy thought for the day. I've often offered to help with things like that and when I have things have turned out well so just goes to show the people who declined didn't realise what they were missing!

Went to Dover Castle today using my English Heritage card, very nice but now very tired, hope you enjoy this evening, love Debbie.
